When will my order ship?
- Due to the high volume of orders we manage, we have established rules to serve all our customers with the maximum efficiency possible:
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon are usually prepared and shipped on the same day. This schedule is no guarantee, and may be altered or modified.
- If the order is placed after 12 am, it will be prepared and sent the next business day.
- Orders placed during the weekend will be prepared and shipped between Monday and the following Tuesday.
- In summer time the same conditions apply, but until 11 am instead of 12 am.
- For urgent deliveries with specific schedule there may be supplements.
- In special circumstances, such as local, state holidays, or bad weather, among others, delivery times may be affected.
- Orders with payment method against reimbursement require confirmation of the amount by the customer before being sent. Keep in mind that this process can delay the delivery time of the order.
What payment methods can I use?
- For shipments within any country of the European Union, you can pay by credit or debit card VISA, MasterCard, with PayPal.
- If you wish, you can also pay cash on delivery: receive your order at home, or pick it up at your Post Office, and pay in cash. This payment method costs an additional supplement to add to the total value of your order (only valid in Spain).
- NOTE: When choosing cash on delivery as payment method, the customer will be contacted via WhatsApp and / or e-mail to verify the order details and confirm the final amount to be paid taking into account the additional supplement. The order will not be sent until there is a verification / confirmation by the customer.

In case of breakdown or defect, what should I do?
- First of all, read the instructions on the product page or the ones included in the product, since each product may work differently.
- In the case of products with batteries, be sure to try new and non-rechargeable batteries (the manufacturer sometimes provides batteries by courtesy, but they may not work properly) and always respecting the indicated polarity. In the case of battery-powered products, test the charger in more than one outlet.
- Do not try to force the product to work, or to close well if you have a lid, as it could break. Any tampering or misuse voids the warranty on the product.
- In case the problem persists, we will proceed to send you a pre-paid mail label so that you can go to your nearest office to deposit the product.
- Once we have received the defective product, and the technicians have verified the fault, there are several options:
- Return: to return the corresponding amount in the same medium in which the payment was made.*
- Reemplazo: to replace with other items of equal or similar value.*
- Generate a gift card for future purchases.
- Generate a discount code for future purchases.
