The relationship between sex and quality of life in women

A study by Monash University in Australia and published in the journal ´The Journal or Sexual Medicine´ shows the direct influence of sex in general well-being and vitality of women.

the overall psychological well-being is affected in women who feel sexually dissatisfied as indicated by the results of the work developed during two months, with the participation of 295 women aged 20 and 65 sexually active and were subjected to analysis for the entire period.
